Who and what this covers
This policy applies to Zombie Couple AI at https://zombie.pictures and forms part of our Terms of Service. It covers uploaded reference photos, prompts, generated videos and audio, and use or sharing of those results. It also applies to attempts that the generation service refuses.
You must be 18 or older. Upload only adult portraits that you own or have explicit permission to use. You must also have the necessary rights to the photograph itself. Permission to upload a photo does not authorize prohibited content. Our service generates a new video from two still-image references; it does not accept an existing video for editing.
The zombie theme does not create an exception to these rules. Fictional, non-graphic makeup, an ashen complexion and a quiet dramatic setting may be used without violence, visible injury or sexual content. A fictional adult character must not imitate an identifiable real person in a prohibited way.
Six prohibited content categories
Do not upload, request, generate, store or distribute any of the following through this service. Calling material fictional, private, consensual or AI-generated does not override a prohibition.
- Pornography / NSFW. Pornographic or sexually explicit material, sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, or sexually suggestive poses, behavior or scenarios. This includes sexual content involving consenting adults, non-consensual sexual imagery and attempts to undress a person. Our service is not an adult-content platform.
- Violence / gore. Attacks, physical abuse, torture, killing, dismemberment, blood, exposed wounds, mutilation or other graphic injury. Do not glorify or encourage violence, terrorism, self-harm or suicide, or request instructions that enable harm. Zombie styling must remain non-graphic and must not depict biting, attacks or injured bodies.
- Hate speech. Dehumanization, hateful slurs, threats, discriminatory abuse, or promotion of hatred, exclusion or violence targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic. This includes extremist recruitment and hateful propaganda.
- Child unsafe content / CSAM. Child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of anyone under 18, grooming, or content promoting abuse or harm to children. This applies to real, fictional and AI-generated depictions, including age-ambiguous sexual portrayals. Our creator permits adult subjects only; do not upload a child's photo or request a child character.
- Deepfakes / impersonation. Deceptive or harmful portrayals of identifiable people, fabricated statements, actions or endorsements attributed to them, identity fraud, or impersonation of a person, business or institution. Do not synthesize intimate or sexual scenes involving real people, including fabricated hugging or kissing, regardless of consent. Do not use another person's likeness to humiliate, harass or mislead, or present a generated event as authentic footage. Disclosing that a video is AI-generated does not make a prohibited depiction acceptable.
- Copyright / trademark infringement. Use of photos, footage, artwork, characters, music, logos or other protected material without the necessary rights or a lawful basis. Do not create counterfeit branding, misleading affiliation or endorsements, or content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness rights.
Other misuse
Do not threaten or harass people, expose private information, commit fraud, distribute unlawful material, or submit knowingly false reports. Do not bypass content restrictions, disguise a prohibited prompt, interfere with security, misuse someone else's wallet or recovery code, or repeatedly submit a request rejected for safety reasons. The same rules apply to custom prompts and supplied examples.
Report content or abuse
Use the subject Content report — [film ID or URL]. You do not need a purchase or a wallet to report a concern. The same address accepts reports from people depicted in a video and from rights holders.
Include the film ID or the location where you encountered the content, the category you believe is violated, a short explanation, and any relevant timestamps. For an intellectual-property or impersonation report, explain your relationship to the person or work and provide an appropriate reference. We may ask for limited additional information if necessary.
Do not send a wallet recovery code, payment-card information, API key, or unnecessary identity documents. Do not attach, download or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide a location and description instead. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency service; this email inbox is not an emergency service.
The creator's result area and our Contact page link to this reporting process. Sending an email submits a report; opening a link alone does not. We do not publish reports or operate a public video gallery.
Platform content review
Current checks and their limits
Our application checks upload format and size, reference ownership within a browser wallet, available credits and request limits. A generation provider may also reject a request. These technical checks and provider responses are not a comprehensive content assessment. We do not currently run our own automated image, video or prompt safety-classification system, or manually approve every video before delivery.
Human review of reports and identified concerns
The site operator handles content reports through the support inbox. Review is conducted by a person; a report or provider error alone is not treated as proof of a violation.
- Receive and assess urgency. We record a case reference, the relevant film or location, the reported category and the date. Credible child-safety concerns, threats of serious harm and exploitation receive priority. We may make our stored film unavailable while investigating a credible serious risk.
- Check the available evidence. We locate the relevant job and review the accessible film, relevant provider records and information submitted with the report. We consider context, the people depicted, the claimed rights and the six standards above. We may request clarification from the reporter or affected user. We do not require a reporter to prove a case by redistributing unlawful material.
- Make and record a decision. We record the applicable rule, evidence considered, finding and action. Findings may be a confirmed violation, no violation established, or insufficient information. We consider severity, likely harm, repeated misuse and the reliability of the evidence. Good-faith reports are not penalized just because a violation cannot be established.
- Act and verify. We apply the measures below, verify that a removed film is no longer served by our application, and request provider action where the issue involves a provider-held copy. Our deletion cannot remove a copy already downloaded or shared elsewhere.
- Explain the outcome. We reply to the reporter with the outcome and an explanation that protects other people's privacy. Where we have a contact channel, we notify the affected user of the relevant rule, action and appeal route, unless notification would create a safety risk or conflict with a legal requirement. Anonymous wallets do not supply an email address by default.
A film may already have expired under our 7-day retention policy. We explain when material is unavailable, assess the evidence we still have and do not claim to have reviewed a deleted film. Reviewing a report does not automatically extend normal film retention.
Response and handling times
We reply to reports within 2 business days. We aim to provide a decision within 7 business days of receiving enough information to investigate. If more time is needed, we explain the reason and the next expected update; that update will normally be within a further 7 business days.
Credible child-safety concerns, serious threats and exploitation take priority over routine cases. Once identified, we take appropriate immediate protective action, including restricting access to the relevant stored content, while the investigation continues. These support targets do not delay action required by law. We do not claim round-the-clock staffed monitoring or a guaranteed emergency response.
Actions we can take
- Warning and correction: explain the rule and require the user to stop or correct a use where that is proportionate.
- Content restriction or removal: make a stored film unavailable and remove our copy when appropriate. A confirmed prohibited film will not be restored for download.
- Wallet access restriction: revoke access to the affected browser wallet and its recovery code for serious or repeated misuse. We can maintain that restriction after review. This is a restriction on that wallet, not a claim that we can identify or block every new anonymous visitor.
- Provider or authority escalation: request action from the relevant service provider and cooperate with lawful requests. Suspected illegal child exploitation and other serious unlawful activity are reported where required by applicable law.
We keep the decision and relevant financial records separate. A content action does not authorize an extra charge or automatically forfeit all unused credits. Billing remedies are considered under the Refund Policy, the Terms and mandatory consumer rights. Confirmed technical generation failures follow the existing credit-return process.
Ask us to review a decision
Email [email protected] with the subject Content appeal — [case reference], the decision you dispute and any new information. We ask that you contact us within 30 days of the notice; this does not limit rights or deadlines provided by law.
We acknowledge an appeal within 2 business days and aim to complete reconsideration within 10 business days after receiving the necessary information. We re-examine the evidence and rule applied, explain any delay and send a reasoned outcome. A mistaken restriction can be lifted and wallet access re-established after ownership verification. Deleted films may not be recoverable.
Appeals are handled by the site operator. We do not represent that we currently have a separate independent appeals team. You can also use any external complaint or remedy available under applicable law.
Report privacy and policy updates
We use report emails, contact details, relevant job references, limited supporting evidence and decision notes to investigate, enforce these rules and handle appeals. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes. We do not routinely disclose a reporter's identity to the reported user; information may be shared with providers or authorities when necessary and lawful. See our Privacy Policy for handling and retention.
We review case outcomes to improve these rules and our handling process. Material policy changes follow the notice provisions in our Terms of Service. Questions, reports and appeals can all be sent to [email protected].
