Terms of Service.

The service

These terms apply to Zombie Couple AI, the video creation service available at https://zombie.pictures. You must be at least 18 to use the creator or purchase credits. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the creator or purchase credits. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected] if you have questions before proceeding.

The creator is an online digital service with no physical goods. You upload two JPG, PNG or WebP photos and provide a story prompt. The photos are visual references for a newly generated AI video. We submit them and your prompt to Kie.ai, currently requesting ByteDance Seedance 2 Fast. The supported inputs are still images; existing video files cannot be uploaded. Availability also depends on these third-party services. The requested format is a 15-second vertical video at 720p; exact timing, appearance and motion can vary. Concept artwork on the site illustrates the intended mood and is not a promise of a particular result. The tutorial is general guidance; third-party tools have their own terms and may change.

Your uploads and permitted use

Use portraits of adults only, and obtain permission from each person depicted. You must have the rights needed to upload the photos, request the transformation and use the result. You retain any rights you already have in your inputs and authorize us and our processing providers to use them as necessary to deliver, store, troubleshoot and investigate misuse of your requested generation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Permission does not override the content restrictions below.

All inputs and outputs must comply with the content standards below. Do not bypass payment, access another person’s wallet, overload the service, or interfere with its security. Do not systematically extract outputs to build a competing service, train competing models or resell access without permission. Do not present a synthetic portrayal as an authentic recording of a real person without an appropriate disclosure. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service.

Acceptable use and content reports

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and applies to your photos, prompts, generated video and audio, and use of results. The following six categories are prohibited:

• Pornography / NSFW, including sexually explicit and sexually suggestive content.
• Violence / gore, including attacks, blood, wounds, torture and glorification of harm.
• Hate speech, hateful abuse, dehumanization and discriminatory threats.
• Child unsafe content / CSAM, including sexualization, exploitation and harm involving minors.
• Deepfakes / impersonation, including deceptive portrayals and fabricated intimate scenes involving real people.
• Copyright / trademark infringement and unauthorized use of protected material.

Read the full definitions, including the limits on real-person portrayals. A zombie theme, private use, consent or an AI disclosure does not exempt prohibited content.

Report a concern to [email protected] with the subject “Content report” and a film ID or location. The site operator reviews available evidence against these standards, records a decision, applies appropriate removal or wallet-access restrictions, and explains the outcome. We reply within 2 business days and aim to decide within 7 business days after receiving enough information; serious safety concerns receive priority and delays are explained. Our review process describes the actual checks and their limits. We do not claim to automatically scan or manually approve every film before delivery.

Warnings, content removal, wallet-access revocation and lawful escalation depend on the severity and evidence. You may appeal a decision through the same email address. Applicable refund and consumer rights remain intact. Report data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Payments and generation credits

We offer one-time packs of 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 generation credits, listed on our pricing page. Each completed checkout authorizes the one-time charge shown there. We do not offer subscriptions, automatic renewal or automatic credit top-ups. Prices are in USD; the final amount, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout. Waffo Pancake provides the hosted checkout and processes payments. Waffo describes its payment processing as PCI-DSS compliant. Full card details are handled in its payment environment and are not stored by our application. Credits are issued after verified payment confirmation, which may arrive after the checkout page reports success.

One submitted generation reserves one credit. A confirmed generation failure returns that credit; a new attempt or a different creative result uses another credit. If submission is uncertain, the credit may remain reserved while we check whether a job was created. Do not repeatedly resubmit an uncertain request. See our Refund Policy for help with failed jobs, duplicate payments and cash refund requests.

Where checkout is explicitly marked as sandbox or test mode, it does not process a real payment. Test credits are separate from paid credits and do not entitle you to unrestricted real generation or a cash refund.

Credits are associated with an anonymous browser wallet. Keep the browser cookie or save your recovery code to restore access on another device. Anyone with that code may use the credits and view associated films, so keep it private. If both browser access and the code are lost, contact support with your order reference; recovery may be impossible without sufficient ownership evidence. Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry while the service remains available. The 7-day film retention period does not expire your credits. We do not retroactively add an expiry date to credits already purchased. If we discontinue the service, the unused-credit provisions below apply. Credits are for this service and are not money, a transferable payment balance or an investment.

Billing questions and cancellation

For a missing credit, an unfamiliar charge or a duplicate payment, contact [email protected] with the order reference. You may stop before completing checkout without making a purchase. Once a payment is completed, use the refund request process. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits in that pack have been used. We verify the purchase and unused status before approving the refund. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after approval; bank or payment-provider posting time is additional. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

Contacting us does not remove your right to raise a dispute with your payment provider or use a remedy available under law. A verified payment or refund may take time to appear in the wallet while the provider sends confirmation. Changes to future pack prices do not change the number of credits already purchased.

AI results and rights

AI can misinterpret instructions, change faces, distort hands or omit part of a scene. Inspect each result before sharing it. A completed generation that differs from your creative preference is not automatically a failed job; contact support if there is a material delivery problem.

You keep your existing rights in your inputs. As between you and us, you own any rights in the output that we are legally able to transfer to you, and we assign those rights to you. Your license to us covers only processing needed to deliver, store and support the service; we do not train our own AI models on your inputs without your explicit permission. We do not guarantee that an AI result qualifies for copyright, is exclusive, is accurate, or is free of third-party claims. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and checking any use restrictions, particularly for commercial use. Do not present generated events as authentic footage of events that did not occur.

Downloads and service availability

Starting generation sends your photos and prompt for processing immediately. Closing the page does not cancel an accepted job. Availability and generation time depend on our infrastructure and providers; interruptions can happen. Keep your film or order reference if you need assistance.

Stopping use and service closure

You can stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of wallet-related personal information or closure of access, contact [email protected]. We will verify ownership and explain any records that must be retained for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute. Clearing a cookie alone does not close the wallet or delete server records.

We may restrict or revoke access to an affected browser wallet for fraud, serious or repeated misuse, a security incident or a legal requirement. The Acceptable Use Policy explains content actions, notification and appeals. If we permanently withdraw the service or end your access for a reason other than your breach, we will provide a proportionate refund for purchased credits that remain unused. Mandatory rights continue to apply.

Support, disputes and changes

Email [email protected] for technical issues, billing questions or complaints. We reply within 2 business days. Include the relevant order or film ID, but never send full card details, API keys or your recovery code.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. AI output may contain errors and is intended for creative entertainment, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

Where the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, required standards of care, or a refund or other remedy required by law.

Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes on this website at least 14 days before they take effect, except where an earlier change is necessary to meet a legal requirement or address an urgent security problem. We will explain the effective date and any action needed. We cannot promise email notice to an anonymous wallet that has never supplied an email address. Changes do not remove rights already attached to an existing purchase.

General provisions

These terms, the linked Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form the agreement for this service. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove access to courts and remedies available under applicable consumer law.
